Bean2Bed offered the solution to the furniture problems in my recording studio. I was looking for something that wouldn't reflect sound, would look interesting, and would also give me something to house overnight guests, so I opted for the Sofa! Over a busy Easter period they managed to fulfil their promise to get my Sofa to me before the holiday began. Despite some problems with one of the mattresses (not Bean2Bed's fault!), Irfan and Co. got me a replacement quickly and generously added an extra surprise for the hassle caused.

When you buy online, you are never sure who to trust, but Bean2Bed took a personal, communicative approach to my order, and in this rare instance, where a hiccup in their Couriers' system caused a problem, they went the extra mile to make a difference. We bought a Bean2Bed for a cabin in the garden at our little cottage, but we had to send it back. I buy a lot via the internet and Bean2Bed has probably the best customer service of any company I've dealt with. First, they delivered speedily, then when we decided it sadly wasn't for us they took it back. They even turned down my offer of helping with return costs. They return your phonecalls quickly, reply to emails promptly, find out when deliveries are going to be made, and are friendly, attentive and utterly professional. Well done Matt and Irfan, although your excellent product wasn't right for us, it was a pleasure to be on the receiving end of such a rare quality of service.
